Tariffs

Tariff:	Monday to Thursday inclusive $175.00 per night
	Friday to Sunday inclusive $185.00 per night
Rates:	All rates are quoted on $NZD, including Government taxes.
Deposits:	A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm all bookings
Children:	Not suitable for children.
Animals:	No pets allowed.
Check in/out:	Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10.30am or by arrangement.
Cancellations:	The deposit is non refundable for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
